The ECVET and EQF based Training Curriculum will identify, set and describe a new framework of transversal core leadership behaviours and competencies that will motivate and provide skills development. These new leadership skills for the next generation of leaders will cover the following areas:


Improving productivity (doing things, faster, more efficiently, lower cost, better quality).


Integrated technology innovation. Leading collaboration with integrated technology, integrating AI responsibly, Data veracity, leading external based technology partnerships, enabling intelligence for the next generation of technology demands.


Globalisation including an awareness of doing business with people from different cultures and in very different ways to what they may be used to.


Inclusive leadership- democratic as opposed to autocratic leadership (including harnessing ‘diversity’/ different skills)


Responsible Leadership, such as social responsibility and impacts, humanitarian projects, sustainability, caring for the environment.
